When I first looked at this Photoshop brush, I said, "Wow!" , to myself.

This is one of the most amazing brushes I've ever seen.

Just by viewing it's picture, made me excited. I don't think I've ever seen a brush as unique as this one.

Thanks for sharing these brushes with us. I would have never came across this magnificent brush, thumbup

Outstanding work as usual. I'm so happy to be finding utpades here more often! I can't help you with painter, unfortunately, but there is a poor-man's version of that 'smeary' brush you're describing in photoshop. It's the smudge tool, BUT check on the 'finger painting' box, and set it to 80-100%. I really enjoy blocking in compositions with just that.
